To let guests experience the real taste of Greece, they work as much as possible with ingredients from Greece, supplied by local Greek suppliers. Elliniko can help you with all your wishes. You can have lunch in the restaurant area, but also a quik bite to eat. For drinks and dinner Elliniko offers an extensive menu with authentic Greek specialties and delicious meat and fish dishes from the grill. They find it important to use high quality products and ingredients in all dishes.

We use recipes that have been in our family for generations

In the restaurant area they offer guest modern and truly authentic Greek lunch and dinner dishes. The street food range includes pita gyros, luxury sandwiches and salads, Greek pastries, yoghurt and Nutella crepes. Elliniko was founded by the two brothers Yiannis and Dimitris Ikonomou, both born and raised in the village of Ichalia, on the Greek mainland. From an early age they helped in the restaurant of their parents, which is why they grew up in the catering industry and made the traditional Greek cuisine their own. As a member of a family restaurateurs, they soon had the ambition to start their own business. In 2003 they opened Greek restaurant Palladion in Vlaardingen. Even before the construction of Markthal Rotterdam started, it started to tickle with the brothers: How wonderful it would be to start a second business in the foodwalhalla of the Netherlands.
