MARKHAL EASILY ACCESSIBLE FOR VISITORS IN WHEELCHAIRS?

Visitors in wheelchairs can easily access the Markthal floor by means of the revolving doors or middle sliding doors. Through the parking garage they can reach the exhibition floor by elevator. Many catering establishments with an upper floor are accessible for visitors in wheelchairs from their balconies. The lift takes you to the 1st floor. Here you will also find the toilets. Unfortunately, the terraces on the stalls are not accessible because they only have a staircase available.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED IN MARKTHAL?

Yes, provided they are kept on a leash, and under the responsibility of the handler.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF MARKTHAL?

The regular opening hours are Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 10.00 to 20.00, Friday from 10.00 to 21.00, Sunday from 12.00 to 18.00. On public holidays there will be different opening hours. Events can also deviate from the regular opening hours. The restaurants in the skirting boards (side walls) of the Market Hall have different opening hours.

The parking spaces around the Market Hall are managed by the municipality. This is therefore subject to the conditions laid down by the municipality of Rotterdam.

WHERE CAN I FIND FOUND OBJECTS?

Did you lose something in the Markthal? Then send an email to info@markthal.nl. All found objects will be handed in at the Management office (above unit 124). If they are not collected by the owner within 14 days, the items will be delivered to the town hall.
